Entre Árboles y galletas” (Between Trees and Cookies) is an editorial project, which aims to relax gender stereotypes and give freedom to the choice of children to be what they want. Lola, a girl who has just moved, starts to question stereotypes of what a girl and boy “should” do when she meets their neighbours, Mia and Lucas. This book seeks to reflect on the number of impositions that both men and women experience when they are children, where we have been so rigidly classified between “masculine” and “feminine” that we have been deprived of exploring our true abilities and tastes.
