Since the beginning of this year we have decided with my boyfriend to eat better. Since I was little I hated vegetables, but I have begun to see how good they are for the body! I have started to eat the ones that I like little by little and I have started to add more vegetables to my meals and to like them! I have felt much better in health, with more energy and my sleep has improved. Eat your veggies! 🥕🥦🍅 🥑 and drink water 🙂
